A design system for an enterprise leadership platform, then the training platform that carried the business after the software was sunset.

The platform was already in market when I joined in 2019, with a React codebase, an archive of user research and a feedback backlog that no shared design reference tied together. After COVID the company sunset the SaaS product, and the consulting side needed its coursework, learner progress and webinars in one place.

Decision

Product and engineering moved to one shared design reference, reducing interface inconsistency while the customer feedback backlog declined.

After the sunset, the training platform brought coursework, learner progress and webinars into one system, removed a third-party webinar license, and let the consulting team publish course material without engineering.

What I did
I built the design system, designed core enterprise workflows, and later designed and built the company’s training platform.
Role
I audited the existing research, the React components and the backlog, built the design system and components, designed onboarding, plan creation, member management and dashboards, then designed and built the training platform.
