I worked with the founder and operators to define the decisions the product needed to support, using recent gas-turbine and rare-earth supply scenarios as the basis for the workflow.

A re-creation of the pilot's provenance view: supplier sites and ports on a map of the United States, one route traced, and a courses-of-action table ranking suppliers by lead time, delivery performance, inventory and relationship risk

Decision
The first version stayed focused on decision support. Real-time tracking, automated execution, and supplier-risk prediction were deferred.
What I did
Founder working sessions, competitive landscape research, operator research, product definition, constraint modeling, prototyping, and pilot design.
Role
I defined the first product, mapped the workflow from alert to recommendation, and built the functional prototypes.
